PeopleCentriX was founded on that conviction — and twenty years of research, teaching, and consulting have only strengthened it.

Tanguy Dulac, Founder & Managing Partner

Before founding PeopleCentriX, Tanguy completed a joint PhD in Management Science at the London School of Economics and the Université catholique de Louvain (2001–2006) — researching the psychological contract between individuals and organisations, and modelling the circumstances that predict fulfilment, breach, and violation. That research, published in the Academy of Management Journal and cited by over 1000 academic articles, is the intellectual foundation of the People Centricity Formula™ — the science of fulfilment at work.

In 2006, he took that research from the laboratory into the boardroom — spending twenty years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte advising executives on people strategy, people analytics, digital HR transformation, and talent management interventions across private and public sectors. 

He now teaches Sustainable Human Capital Management at the University of Fribourg and Human Risk Management at the Haute École de Gestion de Genève — and edits WeAreHuman@Work, a thought leadership publication for HR leaders.
